Lucnty, ng 3300 Battleground Avenue Suite 101 BY Greensboro, NC 27410 St. Lucie County Attention: Mr. Dan Murray Reference: Final Foundation Certification for HUD Guidelines Lakewood Park - Lot 0006- 7501 Brookline Ave. 70G Fill Soil Lot Conforma tion 7501 Brookline Avenue, Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, FL UES Project No.:0310.1900516.0005 Dear Mr. Murray: Universal Engineering Sciences, Inc, was retained by Wade Jurney Homes to provide inspection and testing services during the construction of the Lakewood Park - Lot 0006- 7501 Brookline Ave. in 7501 Brookline Avenue , Ft. Pierce, Indian River County, FL. We provided materials testing services in an effort to ascertain whether the earthwork and placement of structural fill material for the foundation were performed in general conformance to the approved specificati ons and HUD guidelines. To the best of our knowledge, the foundation soil bearing capacity was satisfied within the depth tested according to the compaction testing dated 0112412020 and 01/28/2020, and meets HUD's guidelines. We do not undertake the guarantee of the work, nor do we relieve the contractor of their responsibility to produce a completed project conforming to the project plans and specifications, including any deeper site improvement measures. We appreciate to have had the opportunity to provide material testing services for this project. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you should have any questions, or if we can be of further assistance. Richard E. Hoaglin, P.E.
