ACCORDING TO THE COMPUTER PROGRAM 'WINDSPEED BY LOCATION-, A PRODUCT OF 'APPLIED TECHNOLOGY COUNCIL' THE DESIGN WIND LOAD REQUIREMENTS FOR A RISK CATEGORY 1 ENCLOSURE IN THIS LOCATION IS DICTATED BY A WIND SPEED OF 145 MPH.
