HomeMy WebLinkAboutEMAILLydia Galbraith From: Peter Jones SCANNED Sent: Friday, June 28, 2019 4:11 PM BY To: Lydia Galbraith St: LuGgeCoUW Cc: Linda Pendarvis; Thondra Lanese; Monica Graziani Subject: VALON PERMIT 1906-025, Lydia, Based upon the building elevations and notes found in the architect's plans it is my belief that the architectural aesthetic meets the design intent of the existing PUD requirements, with the following commentary: 1) Mark'006' on the building elevation sheets refers to "raised stucco siding". This is an acceptable means of delineating 'lap siding' for the second story on all elevations. 2) The elevations generally show (graphically, however without notation) exposed tails on some of the elevations. Please be advised that exposed tails shall be on all elevations. This may be an actual truss tail of a faux tail. The architect will know how to achieve either one. 3) Approval of the architectural aesthetic, per the existing PUD requirements, in no way abrogates the permit applicant from the requirements of the County Land Development Code, Florida Building Code or other applicable codes or standards.
