requirements of the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for Statewide
Acceptance. The product listed herein complies with requirements of the Florida Building Code
excluding the "High Velocity Hurricane Zone" (HVHZ).

Flange installation
A. For concrete or masonry substrates where one -by (Ix), non-structural, wood bucking is
employed, or is directly fastened to concrete, use 3/16" diameter 7TW Tepcoa type (or
equal) concrete screw anchors of sufficient length to achieve a minimum embedment of
1.25' Into concrete or masonry substrates.
8. For concrete or masonry substrates where wood bucking is NOT employed. use 3/16'
diameter ITW Topcon type (or equal) concrete screw anchors of sufficient length to achieve
a minimum embedment of 1.25" into concrete or masonry substrates.
C. For two -by (2x) wood frame substrate, use #10 pan head wood screws of sufficient length to
achieve minimum embedment of 1.5" into wood framing.
Clip Installation
A. For concrete or masonry substrates where one -by (ix), non-structural, wood bucking is
employed, or is directly fastened to concrete, use3/16" diameter fTW Topcon type (or
equal) concrete screw anchors of sufficient length to achieve a minimum embedment of
L25' into concrete or masonry substrates,
S. For two -by (2x) wood frame substrate, use #10 pan head wood screws of sufficient length to
achieve minimum embedment of 1.5" into wood framing.
Fin Installation
A. For two -by (2x) wood frame substrate, use #8 pan head wood screws of sufficient length to
achieve minimum embedment of 1.5" into wood framing, OR, 5d roofing nails of sufficient
length to achieve minimum embedment of 2' into wood framing.

Limits of use:
1. This product has been evaluated and is in compliance with the Florida Building Code, excluding
the "High Velocity Hurricane Zone" (HVHZ).
2. The product anchors shall be as listed and spaced as shown an the details. Anchor embedment
Into the substrate material shall be beyond wail dressing or stucco.
3. When used in areas requiring wind borne debris protection this product complies with the
Florida Building Code and does not racial an impact resistant covering.
4. Site conditions that deviate from details of drawing SAP.W.1003 rev 6/13/2016 require further
engineering analysis by a licensed engineer or registered architect.

A. For concrete or masonry substrates where one -by (1x), non-structural, wood bucking is
employed, use 3116" diameter ITW Topcon type (or equal) concrete screw anchors of
sufficient length to achieve a minimum embedment of 1.25" into concrete or masonry
substrates.
B. For concrete or masonry substrates where bucking is not employed, use 3/16" diameter ITW
Topcon type (or equal) concrete screw anchors of sufficient length to achieve a minimum
embedment of 1.25" into concrete or masonry substrates.
C. For two -by (2x) wood frame substrate, use #10 pan head wood screws of sufficient length to
achieve minimum embedment of 1.5" into wood framing.
Limits of use:
1. This product has been evaluated and is in compliance with the Florida Building Code, excluding
the "High Velocity Hurricane Zone" (HVHZ).
2- The product anchors shall be as listed and spaced as shown on the details. Anchor embedment
into the substrate material shall be beyond wall dressing or stucco.
3. When used in areas requiring wind borne debris protection this product complies with the
Florida Building Code and does not require an impact resistant covering.
4. Site conditions that deviate from details of drawing SAP.D.1003 require further engineering
analysis by a licensed engineer or registered architect.

Installation:
Through Frame or Anchor Strap Installation
A. For concrete or masonry substrates where one -by (1x), non-structural, wood bucking is
employed, use 3/16" diameter ITW Tapcon type (or equal) concrete screw anchors of
sufficient length to achieve a minimum embedment of 1.25" into concrete or masonry
substrates.
B. Forconcrete or masonry substrates where bucking is not employed, use 3/16" diameter ITW
Topcon type (or equal) concrete screw anchors of sufficient length to achieve a minimum
embedment of 1.25" into concrete or masonry substmtes-
C. For two -by (2x) wood frame substrate, use 010 pan head wood screws of sufficient length to
achieve minimum embedment of 1.5" into wood framing.
Fin Installation
A. For two -by (2x) wood frame substrate, use #S pan head wood screws of sufficient length to
achieve minimum embedment of 1.5" Into wood framing, OR, Sd roofing nails of sufficient
length to achieve minimum embedment of 1.5" Into wood framing.
Limits of use:
1. This product has been evaluated and is in compliance with the Florida Building Code, Including
the "High Velocity Hurricane Zone" (HVHZ).
2. The product anchors shall be as listed and spaced as shown on the details. Anchor embedment
Into the substrate material shall be beyond wall dressing or stucco.
3. when used In areas requiring wind borne debris protection this product complies with the
Florida Building Code and does not require an impact resistant covering.
4. Site conditions that deviate from details of drawing 6AP.D.1004 require furtherengineering
analysis by a licensed engineer or registered architect.
