Feb. 6, 2018. Mrs. D'Onofrio: Pursuant to your request, we have reviewed the above referenced engineered roof truss shop drawings for the above referenced model and elevation. The scope of our review was to verify conformance with the structural design prepared by our office and to certify that the design loads used for, their design meet or exceed the Code required criteria. Our review did not include dimensional checks, truss profiles or truss quantities. Our review found the engineered roof truss shop drawings meet or exceed the structural framing plan specifications and are in general conformance with the contract documents and are approved.
