1. GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL VISIT THE BUILDING SITE AND VERIFY ALL
CONDITIONS PRIOR TO SUBMISSION OF BID.
2. ANY ERRORS, AMBIGUITIES AND OMISSIONS IN THE DRAWINGS AND OR SPECIFICATIONS SHALL BE REPORTED
TO A/E FOR CORRECTIONS BEFORE SUBMISSION OF BID.
3. UNLESS EXPRESSLY STIPULATED, NO ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCE WILL BE MADE IN THE CONTRACT AND/OR
MANUFACTURES FAVOR OR BY VIRTURE OF ERRORS, AMBIGUITIES AND/OR OMISSIONS WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN
DISCOVERED DURING THE PREPARATION OF BID ESTIMATE AND DIRECTED TO A/E ATTENTION IN A TIMELY MANNER
4. WRITTEN DIMIENSIONS GOVERN. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL DIMIENSIONS. IN THE EVENT OF CONFLICT, THE
A/E SHALL BE NOTIFIED PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH ANY WORK.
5. CONTRACTOR AND SUBCONTRACTORS DOING WORK ON THIS PROJECT SHALL BE FURNISHED WITH A
DAMAGE INSURANCE AGAINST ACCIDENTS OF ALL KINDS AND THE OWNER SHALL BE FURNISHED WITH A
CERTIFICATE OF SAID INSURANCE. CONTRACTOR AND ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL CARRY WORKER'S
COMPENSATION INSURANCE ON ALL WORKMEN EMPLOYED ON THIS JOB.
6. ALL WORK PERFORMED SHALL CONFORM TO THE LATEST EDITION OF THE 2004 AND 2006 AMENDMENTS FLORIDA BUILDING CODE
AND ALL APPLICABLE COUNTY ORDINANCES, AND SHALL BE COMPLETED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF
CRAFTSMANSHIP BY JOURNEYMEN OF THE REPECTIVE TRADES.
7. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER EXECUTION OF ALL WORKS, NOTWITHSTANDING THE APPROVAL
OF SHOP DRAWINGS, DESIGN MIZED, LABORATORY INSPECTIONS AND REPORTS, ARCHITECTS AND/OR ENGINEER'S
FIELD OBSERVATIONS, THE LIKE OF WHICH ARE INTENDED TO ASSIST BUT IN NO WAY RELIEVE THE CONTRACTOR
OF HIS/HER RESPONSIBILITY.
8. INCLUDED 1N THE RESPONSIBILITES OF ITEM 7 ARE THE FOLLOWING:
A. EXECUTION OF ALL WORKS IN A PROPER AND SAFE MANNER FOR ALL PERSONS, EQUIPMENT AND

ADDITIONAL EXPENSE TO THE OWNER
9. ROOF TRUSS FABRICATOR TO PROVIDE DESIGN AND SHOP DRAWINGS FOR TRUSSES.
10. SOIL SHALL BE COMPACTED TO A MINIMUM OF 95 % CO]AIPACTION DETERMINED BY A
MODIFIED PROCTOR METHOD.
11. SOIL BEARING IS DETERMINED TO BE 2000 PSF. IF SITE CONDITIONS VARY,
