Damage confined to garage area only. Severe structural damage to roof trusses, ext.wood frame walls, sheathing
siding and roof assembly. Electrical wiring in this area will need to be removed and replaced as needed.
Plumbing pipe on north wall will need to be repaired along with any other plumbing that may be concealed
in ext. walls. Recommend initial demo permit to remove damaged material and make structure safe to include
electric, & plumbing, followed by a renovation permit to rebuild.
