The above parcel is nonconforming because it does not meet the required road frontage Linda Bartz of 60 feet. Frontage is defined in the St. Lucie County Land Development Code (LDC) DISTRICT 3 as"the length of a lot that fronts on a public street or that fronts on a private street having Vice Chair been constructed in conformance with the St. Lucie County Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction." In order for a parcel to be considered a nonconforming lot Jamie Fowler of record and thereby qualify for a waiver of this requirement, it must exist in separate DISTRICT 4 ownership and not be contiguous to other lots in the same ownership prior to July 1, 1984, pursuant to Section 10.00.04, Land Development Code(LDC).
