Linda Bartz DISTRICT 3 The above parcel is nonconforming because it does not meet the minimum lot Vice Chair width of 75 feet. In order for a parcel to be considered a nonconforming lot of record and thereby qualify for a waiver of this requirement, it must exist in Jamie Fowler separate ownership and not be contiguous to other lots in the same ownership DISTRICT 4 prior to July 1, 1984, pursuant to Section 10.00.04, LDC.
