Mr. Beltran, After a site visit today and evaluation of your adjacent streets and the existing home, I have come up with the <-: r' r`following procedure and findings: 1. We established a site benchmark on a nail and tintab in the centerline of the road at the west property line extended of 20.82 NAVD 88' datum by using a single TOPCON Hiper SR GPS RTK receiver by averaging 20 epochs of data. 2. We then leveled from said benchmark East along the centerline of Coquina Avenue and found the lii test poin a euatton o t to roa to a 217T8• The finished floor of the existing home to b -.12 and e propose den elevation to be'`$$�1�2. 3. The floor elevation for the proposed den has to be a minimum of 18" (1.50') or higher than the highest point of the crown of any adjacent roads. Thus resulting in a minimum floor elevation of 20.82 + 1.50 = 22.32. 4. The elevation of the proposed den (23.12) meets or exceeds the minimum St. Lucie County building code requirement in order to obtain a permit for construction.
