Dear Building Official,
Please be advised that our office has reviewed and approved the change as outlined below:
• The 50 gallon electric water heater as specified on the permitted set of design documents is to be replaced
with (2), propane gas tank less water heaters. One of the water heaters to be located on the Master Bedroom
side and the other water heater to be located on the side of the garage. Please also note the homeowners,
Sam & Kathy Alioto, and the General Contractor, Phoenix Realty Homes, Inc. agree to apply for a separate
gas permit and to comply with all local building codes.
