The right intermediate vertical expansion mullion consisted of a tubular section (male half) (part # 575-009) (2.093" x 5" x 0.090" typical wall thickness) and a tubular section (female half) (part # 57S-010) (1.303" x 5" x 0.090" typical wall thickness). The jambs consisted of a solid section (part # 575-001) (2.500" x 5" x 0.090" typical wall thickpes5l Bead consisted of a solid section (part # 575-012) (2,500" x 4.952" x 0.090" typical wall thickness). Sill consisted of a tubular section (part # 575-006) (2.500" x 4.952" x 0.09(y" typical wall thickness) with stops (part # 575-004) (1.543" x 1.933" x 0.075" typical wall thickness). QLre 11 Size - 75-112" wide x 97-3/4" high x 4-11T deep Configuration - Pair of Doors No. & Size of Doors - (2), 35-27132" wide x 95-3116" high (2) MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS: Frame and OM NMderiial - Extruded Aluminum 16083-T5 alloy Frame Construction - Frame members were all square out. The jambs ran through with butt joints at the head and threshold. Jambs consisted of a tubular section (part # 450-018) (4.5W' x 1.750" x 0.0W typicallwall thickness). The head consisted of a tubular section (part # 460-020) (4.452" x t .750° x 0.125" typical wall thickness). At the sill there was an extruded aluminum threshold (part # 69-139) (4.000" x 0.500" x 0.126" typical wall thickness). The frame jamb ran through while the threshold was square cut, butted and mechanically fastened to each frame jamb using: On -specimens C and D, one (1) jamb pivot assembly (part # 035-523.LH and 035-524 RH). Each pivot assembly was secured to the frame jamb using three (3) #12 24 x 618" FHMS (part # 028-350)_ The threshold was then placed over the pivot assembly and secured to the pivot assembly using two (2) #12-24 x 3/8" FHMS (part # 028445)., On specimens B and E, one (1) steel plated comer dip (part # 049-896). Each dip was secured to the frame jamb using three (3) # 12-24 x 318" FHMS
