THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD, IF
ANY, AND TAXES SUBSEQUENT TO DECEM13ER 31, 2004.
