FPL has requested that you have ttvo spare 2" pve pipes installed and capped at each end with a minimum. of 24" cover depth prior to the slab being poured. P:1/1 Siocc this is a 5-foot easement for utility use, if FPL has to cut or break this slab for maintenance of its electric facilities, FPL will not be responsible for the cost to repair this slab or for any other structure within this easement. Prior to any digging you must contact Sunshine State One Call of Florida. Dear Mr. Pistner: Adelphia has no objection to the encroachment into easement on the property described above. Your responsibility is to place two 2" inches conduit and also a two 1" inches conduit for a drop. You also have agreed to cover cost of the breakthrough and restoration. NO,109 BellSouth does not object to the encroachment of the concrete, provided that if BellSouth requires access to the easement for any work on its facilities in the easement area, the property owner will be responsible for the removal and re -installation of the encroachment (or, at BellSouth's option, any additional costs BellSouth may incur in connection with its work due to the encroaching structure). To the extent there are any modifications to the structure from the five inch concrete, fiu her approval from BellSouth would be required, and the property owner would be responsible for any additional costs or damages to BellSouth arising from the modifications. This letter should not be construed as non -objection to any future modifications of or additions to this encroachment.
