Good morning Lydia, The driveway is in good shape, it is a drive through swale with no culvert. When this house is torn
down and replaced if the driveway is not damaged, it can be used as is. If the driveway location is moved, or existing
driveway is damaged a permit will be required. $25.00 for replacement. $155.00 for relocation. ? (3701895)

We will make a note about the driveway, nothing will be required at this time. Inspection will be done at the end of
construction to check if the driveway, curb and/or side walk are in good condition.
