Reservation of the capacity will require execution of a developer's agreement with St. Lucie County and payment of all current applicable rates, fees and charges. Building permits will not be issued for the project until a developer's agreement is entered into and all rates, fees and charges paid in full. • Reclaimed water is available to the project and sufficient irrigation will need to be Provided to dispose of reclaimed water in an amount equal to the wastewater flows for the project. This project is currently located within a Municipal Service Benefit Unit (MSBU) and additional Equivalent Residential Connections will need to be assessed to the property consistent with the density for the project. The MSBU was created to construct a central lift station and gravity sewer lines to serve properties in the immediate area of your project. THE attached memorandum from our MSBU Coordiantor indicates that the property is currently assessed for 56 ERC's for the off -site utility improvements.
