Dear Mr. Murray:
Universal Engineering Sciences, Inc. was retained by Wade Jurney Homes to provide inspection and testing services
during the construction of the Lakewood Park- Lot 0005 - 5303 Humingbird Way. in 7501 Brookline Avenue, Ft. Pierce,
Indian River County, FL. We provided materials testing services in an effort to ascertain whether the earthwork and
placement of structural fill material for the foundation were performed in general conformance to the approved
specifications and HUD guidelines.
To the best of our knowledge, the foundation soil bearing capacity was satisfied within the depth tested according to
the compaction testing dated 01/2&2020, and meets HUD guidelines. We do not undertake the
guarantee of the work, nor do we relieve the contractor of their responsibility to produce a completed project
conforming to the project plans and specifications, including any deeper site improvement measures.
We appreciate to have had the opportunity to provide material testing services for this project. Please do not hesitate to
contact us if you should have any questions, or if we can be of further assistance.
