The comments have been received in reference to this project, and we have the
following responses for your review.
Plan pages GRP 2.1.1 and Plan pages SO.1-F are not signed and sealed by the
design professional of Record Spellman..
Response: Spelman is the Mechanical Engineer and has signed the pages required of
him.( Electrical and plumbing). The other pages are to be signed by the Structural
Engineer of record.
2. Please provide attic access dimensions and location on plans per R807.1 of the
Florida Residential Building Code 2017 6th edition.
Response: Please refer to page GRP 2 1.1 in the clouded area for your review.

This is to confirm that, at the present time, FPL has sufficient capacity to provide electric service to the above
captioned property. This service will be furnished in accordance with applicable rates, rules and regulations.
Please provide the final site plan, site survey and electrical load data as soon as possible so the necessary
