The Architectural Committee has reviewed your preliminary plans for a boafli8 and dock on lot,1125. The size
t and locations of the lift and. dock are .acceptable as described, however, the dock must be constructed with a
rescue ladder and the ladder must be shown on the engineered drawings. You must also eliminate the
drawbridge from your plans; Please be advised that water and, electric may go over the seawall. but cannot be
attached.
The Committee will determine approval; for the dock and boat lift: once engineered drawings are submitted.

The Association approves of your request to install a new concrete slab on the buildable portion of your 104 and
to replace and add water, sewer and electric hookup/connections in the existing locations and on the left side of
the buildable portion, of your lot, as indicated on the documents submittedmith this request. We strongly
suggest regrading the property to avoid drainage issues with the neighboring properties, Boundaries and
property pins must be marked by.a surveyor prior to installation,and a final survey must be provided after
installation to assure.all setbacks are adhered to. Please be advised that water and sewer lines can not be placed
underground in the rear 5' setback.
Please adhere to all Nettles IsIand.governing documents including, but not limited to, the Nettles Island
Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island and, ifrequired, furnish us with a
copy of permit prior to construction. Also, be advised that all Architectural approvals issued'byNettles Island
are valid for six.(6) months. If additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to
request an additional six (6) months.
