We strongly suggest regrading the property to avoid drainage issues with the neighboring properties, Boundaries and property pins must be marked by.a surveyor prior to installation,and a final survey must be provided after installation to assure.all setbacks are adhered to. Please be advised that water and sewer lines can not be placed underground in the rear 5' setback.
