This access is used to get out of the subdivision which leads to US1. There is a portion of Dyer Road that is not county maintained however it is maintained between US1 and Silver Oak. Sorry if that explanation is confusing. It lacks road frontage but has a deeded easement and has been deemed a non- conforming lot of record. I have sent you the original research and the recent warranty deed with the information regarding the access easements. Please let me know if I can proceed with this permit or is there anything else I need to do?
