Hello Heather,
Gis has given this property an address of Dyer Road. This access is used to get out of the subdivision which leads to
US1. There is a portion of Dyer Road that is not county maintained however it is maintained between US1 and Silver
Oak. Sorry if that explanation is confusing.

Good morning Heather,
I am currently reviewing a permit for a single family residence located at 2661 Dyer Road, Port St Lucie. It lacks road
frontage but has a deeded easement and has been deemed a non- conforming lot of record. I have sent you the original
research and the recent warranty deed with the information regarding the access easements. Please let me know if I
can proceed with this permit or is there anything else I need to do?
