Development Site Plan
Dear Ms. Fontaine:
Staff has completed the review of your application for a minor site plan adjustment to the above
referenced project along with the plan documents date stamped by the Planning and Development
Services Department, Planning Division on September 6, 2012 and has determined compliance
with the minimum technical requirements of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. The
purpose of this adjustment is to modify the existing handicap parking spaces, ramps and
accessible isles to comply with ADA standards. The proposed improvements will result in the
loss of one standard parking space. Landscape areas will not be disturbed.
This approval does not in any way constitute authorization to begin construction. Prior to the
commencement of any construction on this property specific building permits must be obtained.
Building permit applications must be made at any time following the receipt of this notice. For
specific information on the composition of'these submissions, including applicable fees, please
contact the County Building and Zoning Division at (772) 462-1553.
