The purpose of this adjustment is to modify the existing handicap parking spaces, ramps and accessible isles to comply with ADA standards. The proposed improvements will result in the loss of one standard parking space. Landscape areas will not be disturbed. This approval does not in any way constitute authorization to begin construction. Prior to the commencement of any construction on this property specific building permits must be obtained. Building permit applications must be made at any time following the receipt of this notice.
