AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT made. by and between Lake Lucie Estates, Inc.,
hereinafter called the Seller and all persons who may purchase from
Seller subdivided portions of lands now or hereafter to be owned by
the seller in St. Lucie, County, in the State of Florida, this.
5th day of March, 1971.
WHEREAS, Seller is the owner of the lands described in the
Exhibit attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, Seller will enter into agreements with remote
purchasers who will pursuant to said agreements purchase lands
from the seller, and
WHEREAS, it is desirous and to the advantage of such
remote purchasers that rights -of -way for access, ingress and egress,
and for the drainage of said lands be established;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:
1. That the lands described in the exhibit attached hereto
shall be an easement and rich of way for the purposes set forth
hereinabove, for the use of all remote purchasers who may hereafter
become owners of lands abutting such rights=of-way.
2. That the •aid rights -of -way shall be improved by the
seller. It shall never be the responsibility of St. Lucie County
to improve, maintain or in any way become responsible for the said
rights -of -way.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, it has caused this agreement to be
signed and sealed the day and year above written.
