With the removal of the modular unit so long ago, I would not require an after -the -fact permit. Who
knows, they may have not required a permit for modular removals back them.

Good morning Gary,
Above permit is for a new SFR. Originally they had a modular unit on the property permitted in 2005. The modular unit
was removed somewhere between 2008 — 2009 and is no longer on the property appraiser and tax records. They did not
pull a demolition permit. The septic and well were not removed and they are intend to use them for the new house.
Customer will be send to the Health Department for septic approval.
At this moment the only have a concrete driveway on the property, nothing else. Do we need to request an after the
fact demolition permit?
