HABITAT: Uplands: Project location is a remnant oak/pine hammock Wetlands: Wetlands exist landward of the shoreline to approximately 50, 2. WILDLIFE: One Gophcgiortoise was located within 25' of the proposed impact area 3. VEGETATION REMOVAL: exotics and vegetation < 24" 4. SIGNI ICANT ARCHAEOLOGICAL OR HISTORIC FINDINGS: None identified Conditions of Issuance: Exemption allows for the removal of vegetation < 24" and exotic vegetation (Jacaranda and brazilian pepper) on property < 1 acre for the construction of a single-family residence. Hand removal of exotics ONLY within 50, of the shoreline and no dredeine filling or eradi ¢ is authorized in this area (see attached aerial). Exotics in this area shall be stamped and sprayed with an approved'herbicide. No excavation of roots or soil material is authorized. A 25' nerimiter must be staked out around the eooher tortoise burrow (see attached aerial) pending a relocation permit from FFWCC. No impacts (vegetation removal, grading, or filling) may occur within that 25' until this office is provided with a copy of the relocation permit. All native vegetation outside the areas of construction shall be preserved. Heavy machinery shall AVOID or be used WITH CAUTION under or near any native tree or on/in any native plants to be preserved as so not to -cause root compaction or excavation. Please be advised that the landscape requirements of one tree per 2,500 square feet of property must still be met. THIS IS NOT AN AUTHORIZATION TO PLACE FILL ON OR RE -GRADE PROPERTY. PLEASE CONTACT A PROFESSIONAL SURVEYOR TO DETERMINE IF YOUR PROPERTY IS AFFECTED BY OR LIES WITHIN A FLOODPLAIN. THE APPLICANT SHALL KEEP THIS EXEMPTION POSTED ON -SITE AT ALL TIMES DURING LAND CLEARING.
