Box 40337, Eugene OR 97404-0049 From: Rick Olson, President February 1,2018 RE: Letter for VandeHey Raleigh Tiles in Florida To whom it may concern; This letter is to confirm that VandeHey Raleigh is a member in good standing with the TRI and as such has access to our industry -based testing and uplifts resistance -engineering data that is on file with the Miami Dade County as an official Data NOA. The tiles manufactured by VandeHey Raleigh fit within the length and width requirements covered by all our research and therefore will be covered by the wind uplift resistance values found within the 51 Edition FRSA/TRI installation Guide for Florida that has been recognized by the FBC and complies with the new IBC/IRC 2012 codes including the ASCE-7-10 provisions for the newer wind uplift requirements. The same information is found in our TRI Installation Guide that carries a formal ICC/IBC code evaluation approval under Uniform ES ER-20165. These values are the same as found in the 5th Edition of the FRSA/TRI Installation Guide for Florida that is specifically named in the Florida Building Code. Copies of both guides may be downloaded from our website www.tileroofing.org under publications. The values for uplift resistance and the fastener options will meet the ASCE-7-10 provisions. VandeHey Roofing tiles are covered by these provisions and are acceptable products for use in Florida. I hope this helps to answer your question.
