Item #1— This building is not a manufacturing facility. It will be used to perform
repairs on broken parts of buildings and cages, fences, washing machines. In
certain cases where a part cannot be fixed a new part will be fabricated.
The parts and pieces which are repaired in this building are only for the use on our
own buildings and property and are not for sale or for use outside our own
buildings and property.

Item #3 — The department has seven employees that use the building as their base
of operation. Much of their work is done at various buildings throughout the
property and therefore not all seven will be in the building at the same time. The
other buildings on the property have restroom facilities and staff do not need to
return to the maintenance building to use the restroom.
