Please be advised that the Nettles Island Rules and Regulations, Article 9.1, specifically states; "Rescue ladders will be required on all dock construction for safety. " Please review and adhere to all water front property usage rules and regulations and present copies of permits to condo office prior to construction. Any further modifications must be submitted to condo office for approval. Also, please be advised that all Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6) months. If additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six (6) months. By approving the plans and specifications, neither the Architectural Committee or the members thereof, the Association, the Board, its employees and representatives assumes any liability or responsibility therefore, or for any defect in any structure constructed therefrom, and said persons further specifically exclude from such approval any implied warranty of merchantability and fatness for arty purpose.
