Terms of Payment: It Is understood that payments are cash and terms are set forth above unless special arrangements are otherwise
made In writing by all parties. All payments through deck and any changes and additions shall be paid before the final phase is done.
It is further understood that the final payment be made to A& G prior to Its calling for the final htspections. If A& GIncurs any
expense in the collection of payment or enforcing the terms of this agreement, the customer agrees to pay all such costs and
expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs. See J & K on reverse side.
WAIVER OF RIGHT FOR JURY TRIAL
EACH PARTY HERETO KNOWINGLYAND VOLUNTARILY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANYACTION,
PROCEEDING, CLAIM OR COUNTERCLAIM (WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT.

(TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY LEGAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS
AGREEMENT MUST BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OURTS OF FLORIDA LOCATED IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AND THE PARTIES IRREVOCABLY CONSENT TO THE P�RSONAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE THEREIN.

Pool structure shall be steel reinforced gunite and concrete construction. All construction and mechanical details covered by this
contract shall conform to standard A & G Concrete Structural and Mechanical Specifications and/or Working Drawings, unless
otherwise noted. Customer must supply all needed surveys to A & G. *All dimensions are water dimensions. p
