Lydia,
For the covered walkway, do I need a full on architectural drawing that is stamped and scaled by an architect or
is this information below + a list of building materials sufficient to provide during the permitting process?
Thanks!

Kori,
Thank you for getting back to me so late on a Friday night I appreciate all of the hard work that you do during
normal business hours after hours!!
The logistical challenge with that area between the to structures is the main power line feeding the house from
FPL a buried power from the house to the garage, a central vac line, main water line from the garage to the
house and irrigation sprinkler line. It is going to make it really challenging to install 18" diamater X 24" deep
concrete with out having to relocate a number of these items.
This was one of the main reasons for the change from the side of the garage to the front of the garage due to the
logistics of all these underground items.
Please advise.
Thanks!

BY
St. Lucie County
I am pleased to let you know that Monica has accepted the proposed location of the covered walkway from the existing
porch to the front of the garage. The existing building plans will need to be corrected to indicate the walkway as
proposed by Michael Menard, see below. Please submit 2 updated signed and sealed plans matching that proposal.
The request for the second meter will be discussed with the Building official tomorrow. We will get back to you with his
response as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Lydia —
Please approve this permit for the breezeway attached to the garage. I had a lengthy discussion with
Mr. Haag and he does have multiple utilities in the area to include electric, FPL. Please add this
language to your notes on the approval:
MG approved breezeway, though not a typical breezeway — door to door-, however, breezeway does
run from principal structure door to 14 inches from garage door. There are multiple underground
utilities that prohibit running the breezeway to the other door. Therefore, the breezeway is approved
as designed.
Thanks
Monica

Monica,
Thanks for for calling me back today!
Below are the photos that show there is a main FPL Line buried that comes from behind the garage, Central
Vac, Main house water line, Sprinkler line, telecommunications line and a sub panel line that comes from the
house that crosses though this section. I Thank you again for you consideration on this matter.
I appreciate everything that you, Kori and Lydia have done to help guide me though the building permit
process!
N
Sincerely,
Travis Haag
