The purchaser understands that USGenerator, Inc. is a licensed natural.gas and propane°generator
specialty installer and electrical contractor and wilMe scheduling the various -phases of the system:_
integration. A 50% non-refundable down payment is required -upon signing -this -agreement. An addi=
tional 30% is due upon delivery of the generator to the job site. The balance plus cost of all feesiis
due immediately upon your generator passing inspection from the building department. These pay=
ment schedules may be amended by letter of agreement for builders. Thisorice does not.in-.
the fuehsuaalier•oFtheir choice but USGenerator will coordinate the combined installation of
these -components and you will be billed by your fuel supplier. Your initial deposit is fully' refundable
for the following reasons:'1.) Homeowners association or property management;.if appilicatile, will
not approve the installation, such approvals will be the customer's responsibility to obtain prior to
commencing work 2.) If site will not qualify for a generator orpropane tank; permlt.-You agree;#o

you have a'medical.condition that will immediately threaten your life in the event of an electrical'

personally guarantees its performance under this agreerrientand in the event of a dispute; agrees-1
resolution by binding arbitration under the rules -of the ,commercial division of the Arnerican•Arbitra=
tion Association. (Personal guarantees are waived for builders.) The prevailing'party _shall be=en
titled to its reasonable legal -fees and the' cost of the arbitrator, if used,, including travel expenses.

General information on Fuel System Costs
1. Propane tanks: 500 gallon tank— $ 3500-5500 buried, filled with fuel, permits, and lines run
and hooked up to the generator, leak tested. Tanks can be leased"* or purchased. Long dis-
tances from the generator will incur additional charges per foot, usually $ 10-15 per ft.
2. Propane tank: 1000 gallons: $ 4200-6200
3. Propane tank: 250 gallons $ 2500-3500 (not recommended for 22 kW & above)
4. Natural gas: Price,depends on distance pipe must be run. Typical prices are $ 750-1400 un-
less meter must be changed out.
5. Diesel: You will be charged by the gallon delivered to the jobsite at current diesel at the pump
