Plans indicated a monolithic slab on grade. However on page 4-a under structural notes the foundation shall bear in virgin soil,
however according to the survey approximately 3.5 feet of fill will be added. Please review and submit changes.
PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 107 SUB SECTION 107.2.5
PLEASE SHOW ON THE SITE PLAN THE STORM WATER RUN OFF. SEE SECTION 107 OF THE 2017 FLORIDA
BUILDING CODE 6TH EDITION, AND SECTION 7.04.01 (D) OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE. AND MOVING
