Here is the written approval/confirmation from SFWMD in regards to the exhibit boat lift. Please forward to
PSL and let them know that they can contact Barbara directly for additional verbal confirmation if the email
doesnt suffice.

Good morning Chris. This is to confirm that the District Permit No. 56-03262-P-04 authorized
installation of 2 boatlifts as shown in the permit exhibits — refer to Exhibit 2.0. While not specifically
mentioned in the project description, the permit exhibits depict the work being authorized, which
includes two boatlifts.
-,I hope that this email will suffice as confirmation that the boat lifts are authorized by the District's
permit. Should the City of Port St. Lucie Building Department have any questions, my contact
information is below.

Hi Barbara,
You have helped me out before on SFWMD projects and info and hoping you can do so again. You issued this
permit in 2013 for Lot #13 and included (as seen on the drawings and app): 760 SF over MHW of dock and 2
boatlift (as seen on Jernigan Drawing Sheet 2, Exhibit 2.0, sheet 9/13). This permit was to expire and was
granted an extension to 2022 (also attached for review).
The original write-up Project Description specifically mentions the 760 SF of dock over MHW but does
not specifically mention the boatlift as seen in Exhibit 2.0.
This project is being held up by City of Port St Lucie Building Department because even though the lift is
shown and approved as part of the "attached exhibits" portion, it was not specifically mentioned in the Project
Description.
We are proposing to construct exactly what was already approved but the BD says it needs to be in the
SFWMD Project Description.
Can you please modify this Project Description to include the approved lift? or make an addendum Project
Description to include the approved lift so we can proceed?
i
Thanks so much!
