Lydia,
I apologize for not responding sooner. I'm afraid it didn't end up on my action sheet because it didn't come through the
regular mail with a cover memo.
With regard to the documents, the easement would appear to connect this parcel to a public road based upon the legal
description and the research referenced in Melissa's letter. Other deeds were included with the email, but they don't
appear to be a complete chain of title showing conveyance to Mr. Sweeney's grantors. Was something left off the email
or did I misread the documents?

3. The fenestration U-factors and solar heat coefficients have been added to the revised
enclosed plans on Page S-4.
12/23/2019 Comments:
1. Page S-2 of the plans have been revised to show that the room in question is a closet and
not a safe room. An additional detail was added on sheet S2 for an opening in the ceiling
of the closet for AC to flow into the closet.
2. Pursuant to FBC EC, per R405.5.3.1, the window sizes are shown on the revised sheet S2
and S4 of the plans. The opening areas are shown on sheet 5 of Form R405-2017 for the
energy code analysis. The wall cross-section on Page S-2 shows both the wall insulation
(R-4) and the ceiling insulation (R-30). The fenestration U-factors and solar heat
coefficients have been added to the revised enclosed plans on Page S-4. We have revised
the product approvals, which is shown on Page S-4. The soffit clearances from Form
R405-2017 has been added to Page S-4. All incidental mechanical designs shall be supplied
by the contractor either under separate cover or attached to this re -submittal.
