I'm afraid it didn't end up on my action sheet because it didn't come through the regular mail with a cover memo. With regard to the documents, the easement would appear to connect this parcel to a public road based upon the legal description and the research referenced in Melissa's letter. Other deeds were included with the email, but they don't appear to be a complete chain of title showing conveyance to Mr. Sweeney's grantors. Was something left off the email or did I misread the documents?
