As requested, Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) would like to confirm the availability of
water and wastewater service to the above -referenced development. Capacity for this phase of
the development is delineated in the attached "Water and Wastewater Supply Agreement
Amendment" dated November 7, 2017 and is currently available at FPUA's Water Treatment
Plant and Water Reclamation Facility.
Availability would be contingent upon the completion of construction of the required
infrastructure and payment of the applicable fees and charges. Please visit our website at

On September 11, 2014, Renar Homes (Morningside), LLC, purchased Tracts 1, 2 and 3
as identified on the Plat of Palm Breezes Club, Plat Book 49, Page 32, Public Records of
Saint Lucie County, Florida. Subsequently, portions of Tracts 1 and-2 were subdivided
and replatted in the Plat of Morningside Palm Breezes Club Phase 2A, Plat Book 79, Page
20, Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida. The above -referenced lots are
specifically identified on Page 21 of Plat Book 79. Recordings referenced herein have been
attached here for your convenience.
I have not yet determined the source of the error in the ownership description on the
Property Appraiser's website, but Renar Homes (Morningside), LLC, is the owner of these
lots, not Palm Breezes POA, Inc. There is no source material for the lots as the Sales
History is blank. Ownership of the balance of the 126 new lots appears to be correct. I
will work to get the website information for these five lost corrected.
