7. BASE RAIL GROUND. ANCHOR REQUIREMENTS: ONE WITHIN 6" OF EVERY POST LOCATION, AND BOTH SIDES OF OPENINGS WHERE BASE RAIL IS ABSENT. GROUND ANCHORS ARE NOT
