It is on a street called "Lone Pine Drive" I see where they are installing some type of wood fence and birming up the dirt around it for some reason. I do not know why but I am writing to say that I feel that this should not be allowed as it seems to me that it will change all the water runoff on that lot and put it to the back of that lot and therefore it will end up at the lot next door. And to the area to the east side of the lot where the new home is located I cannot understand why the building department would allow such a situation to occur.
