The Association approves of the dock repairs/replacement on your property, as indicated on the documents
submitted with this request. Please be advised of the Nettles Island Rules and. Regulations, Article 9.1, which
specifically states; "Rescue ladders will be required on all dock construction for safety, " and Article 10.1(a),
which specifically states; "Nothing may be affixed, attached, over, or bear weight, in any way, on the semvall
and cap, except condtdts for water and electric may extend over the semvall to a Unit Owner's dock or boat lift
and must not be affixed to the seawall or cap. "
Please review and adhere to all waterfront property usage rules and regulations and present copies of permits to
condo office prior to construction. Any further modifications must be submitted to the Association for
approval. Also, please be advised that all Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6)
months. If additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six
(6) months.

or safetyfeatures of the proposed construction, alteration or addition; or for performance, workmanship or
quality of work of any contractor or of the completed alteration or description and shall not be relied upon as
an approval or warranty regarding engineering and structural design, building or zoning code compliance,
feasibility or marketability for any pupose, or compliance with applicable building ordinances, standards, or
regulations. By approving the plans and specifications, neither the Architectural Committee or the members
thereof, the Association, the Board, its employees and representatives assumes any liability or responsibility
therefore, or for any defect in any structure constructed there from, and said persons further specifically
exclude from such approval any implied tivarranty of merchantability and fitness for any purpose.
