Pierce, Florida 34982 RE: St. Peter's Lutheran Church - Final Stormwater Certification Dear Mr. West; Please allow this letter to serve as the required certification that the above referenced project was constructed in substantial conformance with the approved site paving, grading and drainage plans completed by this firm. This certification is based on periodic site inspections conducted by this firm including inspection of the drainage system, subgrade, and concrete pavement. Any deviations from the approved plans are considered minor and are noted on the "As -Built" survey completed and certified by Ford, Armenteros and Manucy, Inc.. This certification is also based on soil test results completed by Ardaman and Associates, Inc. which were certified to be in conformance with St. Lucie County standards, as required in the plans and specifications.
