The homeowner intends to remove a portion of this wall to open up the living room changing Bedroom 2 into a second sitting room. This wall is non-structural and removal of a portion or as a whole will have no affect on the structural continuity of the home. As per the homeowner, the existing electrical will remain as located. Any additional conflict with plumbing risers, HVAC etc have not been reviewed. In the event that removal of the portion of this wall reveals plumbing or electrical, the homeowner shall provide to St. Lucie county Building Department, plans to relocate such obstructions to complete said work listed above. HVAC, Plumbing and/or Electrical relocation may fall under the discretion of a respective licensed contractor for planning and construction if chosen as chosen by the homeowner and does not currently fall under this scope of work.
