I just talked to the applicant's Engineer, Neil Sharp from Bowman Consulting. He is in the process of revising the
stormwater plans which involves elevating the site an additional foot in order to provide more on -site stormwater
capacity. The stormwater plans need to be reviewed and approved by RaceTrac before he submits them into our Public
Works Department for review.
He thought this may take 6-8 weeks.

The reviewer did not give a specific number but said it should be much higher. With material (tanks, dispensers, etc.)
and installation cost, the estimate should be around $450K.
