Sincere Dan Ault Olin Wayne Companies, Inc. As Agent for T-Mobile South LLC 3060 Orange Grove Trail Naples, FL 34120 239-776-5884 danault@olinwaynecompanies.com Acknowledged, Accepted and Agreed: a Ref. T-MOBILE 7-31-2014 letter dated 12-8- 2014 and drawings dated 1. We should have a meeting prior to any work being done. We need to remind them the person at the last meeting that was to run the last project no longer worked for T Mobile the next day. 2. They need to assure us that they have or will remove all antennas no longer in use and the parapet wall will be repaired to insure a weather tight condition. 3. They need to provide us with a letter from a structural engineer registered in the state of Florida, that these antennas as designed and secured to our building, are capable of withstanding hurricanes and all other forces, and that these forces will not impose any damage to our building. 4. They need to provide us with a letter stating that any and all damage to our building as a result of their antennas and all other equipment will be their responsibility to correct; including any damage to other people's property. This letter should be reviewed by our attorney to confirm that we are protected in all ways. 5. Given the past performance of their workers and ` subcontractors not adhering to what was agreed to at our meetings, we should request a security deposit. Again, let's consult with our attorney 6. We need to receive from them, a list of all sub -contractors they intend to use, and require that all these contractors, including T Mobile, submit certificates of insurance listing the Princess as co-insured. 7. T-Mobile needs to understand that their work can not interfere with the ongoing work being done by Carey Construction .
