WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND 00/100
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grants, bargains, and sells unto the Grantee(s), and Grantee's successors, heirs, and assigns
forever, all that certain parcel of land in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:

subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 9, Page 55, in the Public
Records of St Lucie County, Florida and the East 45 feet of the South 4th Street (U.S. #1)
adjacent to Lot 1 and the North 61.65 feet, more or less, of Lot 2, Block 8, Ruhlman
Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 9, Page 55,
in the Public Records of St Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all of the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in
anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in
fee simple; that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey this land; that the
Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to the land will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever; and that the land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent
to December 31, 2014, and restrictions, covenants, and easements of record.
