Dear Sir:
This letter is in response to your review comments regarding the
referenced project.
Electrical Comments:
1. Meter, panel, disconnect are shown on plan. New and existing
receptacles have been added to the electrical plan.
Mechanical Comments:
1. Manual "N" and the submitted RTS are the same. A manual "N"
can only be used for a small commercial building. The submitted RTS
can be used for both large and small commercial buildings.
Plumbing Comments:
1. Occupancy is 15, water fountain is not required.
2. All plumbing fixtures are new
Review Comments:
1. Door swing change not required because occupancy is less than 50
persons
