The Product Review Affidavit has also been updated to include the rated design pressure and

The selected glazing system was verified to be rated for Large Missile Impact per discussions
with Kawneer, the glazing supplier, and verifications with Joe Cicio in regard to their
applicability. The Product Review Affidavit has been updated with the proper NOA
information accordingly.
FL# 11818.2 is non-existent in the 2010 DBPR approval site for the double -lock system
The FL# for the "Double-Lok" roof system, provided by the PEMB manufacturer, has been
updated per the information received to, "FL No.: 11819.112". The Product Evaluation Form
outlining this approval has been attached to the plans.
