I hereby certify that the improvements shown have been substantially completed in accordance with the permitted construction plans approved by St Lucie County (last revised 12/8/2014) and that the improvements meet the intent of the applicable Codes listed on said plans (e.g. 2010 Florida Building Code and NEC 2011). Any minor deviations from the plans and specifications will not prevent the project from functioning in compliance with the requirements of St Lucie County and other applicable regulatory agencies listed in the plans. The structural analysis for this project has been performed by Paul J. Ford and Company, dated 11/5/2014.
