Scope of Work: 24 Gage Kvnar Metal Roofing Existing Building 1. Owner/ Owner's representative understands ACI will apply for permits immediately upon receipt of signed contract and signed Notice of Commencement form mandated by the State of Florida to pull the required permit. 2. Remove existing metal roofing, gutters, downspouts, and underlayment down to the existing plywood roof deck. 3. Re -nail the existing roof deck per current Florida Building Code with a #8 Dacromat ring shank coated nail at approximately 6 inches on center. 4. Install 80 mil Polyglass TU Plus High Temperature peel n stick secondary water barrier directly to the existing plywood roof deck and back nail at 12 inches on center. 5. Install 24 gage Kynar500 painted extended eave closure, gable rake, and valley as applicable to the roofing system chosen below. 6. Install 24 gage, 1.75 inch Snaplock Standing Seam from Sunlast in Kynar500 metal roofing system in profile chosen by owner and selected painted finish color. 7. Install colored pipe boots where applicable at all VTR penetrations. 8. Install new six'inch gutter in manufacturers standard color selection after completion of roofing system where previously removed. (approximately — 450 linear feet of gutter and 225 linear feet of downspouts) 9. Issue a manufacturer's standard Kynar500 (35) finish warranty upon full receipt of all contract funds and inspections along with standard contactor 5 year labor warranty upon full receipt of all contract funds and inspections. Total $79,825.00 Terms: Progress billings Items by others: wood work additional per page 3 of the contract documents for rotted wood repairs on existing facility, painting, toilets, electric, mechanical, plumbing, demo, specialty Engineering This contract shall be binding upon both the Customer and Contractor according to the terms and conditions stated on both sides of this contract. Material prices and freight are volatile and as such any and all price increases are subject to escalating the price of this proposal if not accepted within 10 days of this date.
