This letter shall serve as verification, in accordance with our agreement as to the extent of our
services in this regard, that the Verizon upgrade is substantially complete.
The site is located at 7370 South Ocean Drive, Jensen Beach FL 34957. (6) existing antennas have
been removed and replaced with (6) new antennas. (6) diplexers have been installed on the handrail
behind the exiting battery cabinet. The ODE cabinet has been installed and anchored to the existing
platform per the manufacturer's specifications.
The work has been reviewed and the work is substantially completed in accordance with 2010 FBC
and the permitted plans.

Dear Josephine:
We have completed our evaluation of the existing steel equipment platform and existing antenna
mounts per your request. Based on our analysis, the existing steel equipment platform and existing
antenna mounts can adequately support the proposed configuration as depicted on the Construction
Drawings prepared by Foresite Group.
The existing steel equipment platform was analyzed for one (1) existing Battery Cabinet, two (2) existing
BTS Cabinets, and one (1) proposed 6201 ODE Cabinet. The capacity of the building structural members
was not calculated; however, the proposed cabinet configuration results in a total dead load increase of
approximately 100 pounds, which represents a 1% increase in dead load. Based on our analysis, it is our
professional opinion that the existing steel equipment platform can adequately support the proposed
equipment loading summarized above.
The existing antenna mounts were analyzed for two (2) existing Amphenol LPA-80040-8CF-EDIN
antennas and six (6) proposed CSS X7CAP-665-42i antennas. Based on our analysis, it is our professional
opinion the existing antenna mounts can adequately support the proposed antenna configuration.
The proposed cabinets and proposed antennas shall be mounted as shown on the Construction
Drawings prepared by Foresite Group. X 11111i///
