Ocean Drive, Jensen Beach, FL 34957 Permit No. SLC 1503-0052 Mathers Engineering Corporation visited the job site and made the following observations of the ongoing concrete restoration and repairs of exterior balconies: Site Observations from 04/20/15 thru 05/29/15: • Unit 220: The entire deck has been removed by chipping method. Existing reinforcing steel left in place for evaluation. Observed column cracks at comer of unit which will be addressed. • Unit 320: The entire deck has been removed by chipping method. Existing reinforcing steel left in place for evaluation. Observed column cracks at corner of unit which will be addressed. • Unit 420: The entire deck has been removed by chipping method. Existing reinforcing steel left in place for evaluation. • Unit 520: The entire deck has been removed by chipping method. Existing reinforcing steel left in place for evaluation. • Unit 620: The entire deck has been removed by chipping method. Existing reinforcing steel left in place for evaluation • Unit 720: The entire deck has been removed by chipping method.
