Good Afternoon Joe,
I am writing you in reference to the above permit. On the existing permit the job description was to install the
following: Door Replacement for Unit 905,1005, 91h Floor Meter Room and Ground Floor Exit Door.
To date we have installed all doors that were permitted ;EXCEPT Unit 1005 i We actually installed The South
Tower Ground Exit Door. The decision to change to this door came from Association of Hutchinson House
Island Club. They informed us that the police had been called to their location because kids from the next
neighborhood had been coming on to their property and getting on the roof of the tower building through that
entrance. The door was detreated very badly and they could basically just go in anytime. The police instructed
them to fix immediately and make sure it was secure so that no one would get hurt, especially on their property
Please instruct me as to what the procedure will be now.
