Please be advised that qualified personnel of Cook & Menard Architecture Inc. performed
an on site inspection at the above referenced location and found the sign construction has
been done, to the best of our knowledge, as shown on our as -built drawings:
1. Framing
2. Tie downs
After final inspection we certify that the construction is in compliance with the 2010
Florida Building Code for 165 MPH wind zone, Exposure B.
